By accessing or using CareMAIte, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description

CareMAIte provides subscription-based senior support services, AI assistance, emergency tools, and community features. An active subscription is required for app functionality.

3. Device Policy

  • CareMAIte tablets are shipped locked to the app by default.
  • A PIN is included for unlocking full Android access.
  • Warning: Unlocking voids all CareMAIte warranties, support, and liability for device misuse.

4. Subscription Requirements

Active Subscription Required

  • An active subscription is required to access any dashboard features, AI tools, or connected services.
  • Without a subscription, devices remain operational only for login and subscription activation.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely.
  • Refunds are subject to CareMAIte's refund policy.
  • Failure to maintain payment will result in suspended access.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and contact information.
  • Do not misuse devices, software, or emergency systems.
  • Protect your PIN, login credentials, and contacts.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CareMAIte is provided "as-is" and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or device misuse after unlocking.
